PRIMARY POSITION RESPONSABILITIES
Position: Store Manager
Reports to: District Manager
Supervises: Assistant Managers and Store Associates
PURPOSE:
The Store Manager leads a team of associates to deliver a best in class customer experience that results in profitable top-line sales growth.

OVERVIEW OF ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A best in class customer experience and profitable top-line sales growth are achieved by:
Build Talent-Attract, recruit, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent
1. Owns execution of recruiting, hiring, staffing and onboarding process to ensure the store is fully staffed
2. Owns talent management lifecycle of direct reports including onboarding, assessment, retention, career development, succession planning and recognition
3. Ensures store is fully staffed and associates are properly trained and developed
4. Leads the Sales Leadership Team and is responsible for total store results
5. Ensures the Sales Leadership Team coaches and develops associates
6. Ensures execution and facilitation of sales education materials and selling strategies
7. Plans and facilitates leadership meetings and ensures consistent communication to all positions
8. Promote Associate Relations (PAR), create a positive work environment and resolve associate relations issues
Build Capability - Analyze the business and create/communicate (SMART) action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all operational activities
1. Analyze business and create (SMART) actions plans
2. Supports workforce management and the creation of the weekly schedules
3. Owns payroll budget, target wage rate and other controllable expenses
4. Ensures merchandise receipts are processed on a timely basis and prioritized appropriately
5. Ensures replenishment processes are efficient and the sales floor is full and abundant with all styles, colors, and sizes represented
6. Assigns CSL segments and working shifts to Sales Leadership Team members
7. Owns the physical inventory process and the development and implementation of store strategy to reduce shrink
8. Ensures standard operating procedures are completed, including damages, transfers and other compliance related items
9. Manages all activities related to providing a safe working environment
10. Leads and delegates, as appropriate, the execution of all company initiatives

1. Ensures an exceptional customer experience throughout the store
2. Owns best at bras focus
3. Demonstrates excellent customer sales lead (CSL) behaviors
4. Ensures compelling visual merchandising strategies and presentation standards are achieved and maintained, including identifying and executing sell down strategies
5. Supports execution of the brand guide
6. Ensures that housekeeping and maintenance of store is executed
7. Manages and resolves customer relations issues

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Demonstrates ability to foster an environment of exceptional customer service
• Demonstrates ability to optimize best at categories, i.e. bras
• Proven ability to effectively delegate, follow up and communicate with all levels of the organization
• Demonstrate ability to assess talent, coach, develop and manage performance
• Demonstrate business acumen with strong strategic and analytical skills
• Demonstrates excellent visual merchandising skills
• Previous management or supervisory experience
• Schedule flexibility to include evenings and weekends
• Demonstrate ability to manage complex and competing priorities with time management with organizational skills
• Projecting a professional demeanor in both attitude and attire at all times
